produced and consumed in the world are black and green teas,
with smaller amounts of oolong, pouchong, and other special
teas. Black teas are fully fermented, green tea is
unfermented, and others are partially fermented. The major
producers of tea are India, China, Sri Lanka, and Turkey, with
many countries producing lesser amounts. The major consumers
include India, China, Turkey, and Japan.
